Jon is a seasoned sales leader and solutions strategist with more than a decade of experience in the ERP software industry, including nearly a decade as a certified NetSuite Solution Provider. Before co-founding Switchback Advisors, he served as Solutions Director at GSI and Partner at Cloud Genius Advisors, where he helped hundreds of organizations evaluate, select, and implement NetSuite as their business management platform. His background also includes successful sales leadership roles at The TM Group and ADP, where he specialized in building long-term client relationships and developing go-to-market strategies for enterprise technology solutions.
Jon’s expertise lies in connecting business leaders with solutions that fit their needs—not just during the sales cycle, but throughout the customer journey. He has built trusted relationships across the NetSuite ecosystem, giving clients access to an extensive network of resources and partnerships that strengthen project outcomes. Emerald is a results-driven consulting partner with over 7 years of direct NetSuite experience and a background in accounting, supply chain, and operations management. Her career spans both consulting and in-house leadership roles, giving her a unique ability to see ERP challenges from the perspective of both the system architect and the business user. Before co-founding Switchback Advisors, Emerald managed professional services teams at leading NetSuite consultancies, where she consistently improved delivery efficiency, client satisfaction, and departmental revenue. She has personally led and supported more than 30 full and partial NetSuite implementations across manufacturing, distribution, and warehouse management, delivering solutions that drive measurable process improvements and cost savings.
Emerald’s strength lies in translating operational complexity into practical system design. She has guided clients through advanced modules like WMS, MRP, and supply and demand planning, while also spearheading data migrations, integrations, and process automations that simplify day-to-day operations. Drawing on her data science and analytics training from Georgia Tech, she combines statistical insight with hands-on ERP expertise to create innovative, reliable solutions. Ryan brings over 15 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, and ERP consulting, making him a trusted advisor for businesses navigating complex systems. Before co-founding Switchback Advisors, he served as Director of NetSuite Services at GSI, where he guided enterprise clients through successful ERP transformations and led teams of consultants in delivering measurable results. His career began in public accounting and expanded through roles at UHY, Skyjack, and FCA, where he specialized in financial reporting, internal controls, compliance, and process automation across global organizations.
What sets Ryan apart is his ability to bridge ERP expertise with a deep understanding of finance and governance. He has managed everything from SOX compliance to large-scale ERP implementations, giving him a holistic view of how systems impact business performance.
